Service Project: Mobile Food Pantry
Time: 5:30 p.m.
Location: The Resource Center at Hinsdale Lake Terrace
Unload food, tables and chairs from truck. Package and distribute food to clients. Distribute and collect number from clients. Assist clients with carrying food to their vehicles.

Dress comfortably for the weather. Please wear closed toes shoes. For safety purposes, sandals and flip-flops are not permitted. Distribution occurs outside and will continue in inclement weather, unless doing so would present a danger to volunteers and clients.

Must be 16 or older. Children 10 years old and up must be supervised/accompanied by an adult (21 year and older).

Training is provided at the beginning of each distribution.

Service Project: Kiwanis One Day
Time: 8:00 a.m. - Noon
Location: Ray Graham Hansen Center
This is a Kiwanis International Day set for a Service Project. Our club will helping the Ray Graham Hanson Center located off of Garfield in Hinsdale. A group project will be to clean up the bridle path along the south and west sides of the property. The tree branches and bushes along the bridle path are overgrown and need to be
trimmed back so that the pathway (8 feet wide) as to allow the horses to navigate the pathway without the branches smacking them in the face! The path would then need to be cleaned up with rakes and edgers. This is a “labor” job for our club, please try and Volunteer to help! Contact Mary Carlson to volunteer!
